We rear slow growing strains to their maximum maturity under strict organic standards certified by the Soil Association. All the birds are prepared on the farm ready for the oven. They are dry plucked and hung for a minimum of 7 days in the cold rooms to help the meat mature. They are then packed with giblets ready for delivery. We are proud to offer our customers superb quality British poultry that is produced in the rolling green Devon countryside. We feed our poultry specially formulated, locally milled rations with no growth enhancers. This helps maintain optimum health and growth, resulting in succulent, fine textured, full flavoured meat you will be proud to serve up.
